Download and print the registration form for preschool and recreational programs and send it by mail or drop it off with your payment. Please use one form per child. Payment is by cheque or cash.

►ONLINE REGISTRATION
Online registration is available for Summer Camp. Payment is by credit card.

**Important note about online registration and discounts: 
DO NOT register online in the following 2 circumstances: 1) if you are registering 3 or more children from the same family 2) if you are registering the same child for more than one recreational program. Please contact the office to receive the appropriate discount.

DISCOUNTS
There is a 25% discount for 3rd and 4th children registering in the recreational programs.

REFUNDS
In the 28 week recreational program, the refund deadline is November 30th. When a reimbursement is issued, a 15% fee will be retained, and all classes held prior to the cancellation will be deducted at a full single class cost. In all other programs, there are no refunds one week prior to the start of each session.

NSF CHEQUES
There is a $25.00 charge for returned cheques.

CANCELLATION OF CLASS
In the event that classes are cancelled by the club due to inclement weather or unforseen circumstances, a make-up class will be provided. This class will not necessarily be provided at the same time nor on the same day as the cancelled class. A make-up class cannot be provided on an individual basis.

UNIFORMS
Uniforms are not required for the 14 week sessions. For the 28 week recreational program, all girls must purchase the club leotard and boys wear the WIMGYM T-shirt

GYM RESTRICTIONS
In the parent attended programs, only one parent is permitted in the gym. In all programs, siblings who are not registered in the class are restricted from the gym - WITHOUT EXCEPTION
